#4. Cedric Alexander - The former WWE Cruiserweight
Cedric Alexander, just like Mustafa Ali, made his entry into WWE via the Cruiserweight Classic tournament in 2016. He caught the Full Sail University audience by storm and won their hearts, with fans chanting "Please sign Cedric" despite having lost to Kota Ibushi in the early stages of the tournament.
Triple H gave a nod of approval and since then, Cedric Alexander has been a WWE Superstar. He made his name on the 205 Live brand and even had a great run as WWE Cruiserweight Champion, putting on some of the best matches in WWE while being under the radar in terms of the limelight.

He's been a part of RAW for a while now, but he still hasn't been utilized to his full potential, with reports of Vince McMahon giving up on him after Paul Heyman initially pushed for him.
He's a Superstar who has never needed to turn heel, but that could change soon. There has been a general lack of character progression for Cedric Alexander in WWE outside of 205 Live.
