Goldberg has stated that he would like to return to the ring
The Undertaker and Goldberg had a face off on the final Raw before Royal Rumble 2017. During the Royal Rumble match, The Undertaker and Goldberg had a chilling interaction. The Undertaker ended up eliminating Goldberg. Goldberg then went on to continue his feud with Brock Lesnar while The Undertaker started a feud with Roman Reigns. Both Goldberg and The Undertaker ended up losing at Wrestlemania 33.

Goldberg has stated that he would like to return to the ring and the opponents he would like to face are Roman Reigns and The Undertaker.
Now, if rumors are to be believed, Roman Reigns would be facing The Rock for the Universal Championship.
So, if WWE is interested in having Goldberg wrestle at Wrestlemania 35, a match with The Undertaker could be considered. The two wouldn’t be having a show-stealing match but a 10 to 15-minute match would be sufficient to satisfy the fans who had been waiting for this match since 2003.
