Bayley immediately made her impact at the PPV in 2016, when she eliminated Team SmackDown’s captain, Becky Lynch leaving herself and Charlotte as the survivors of Team RAW. Bayley would eliminate Lynch again the following year.

At last year's Survivor Series, Bayley became the first female wrestler to score eliminations in three consecutive Survivor Series Elimination matches, when she managed to eliminate Carmella and was the reason to getting Sonya Deville counted out of the match, which led to Team RAW's victory.

Bayley will be heading into this year's Survivor Series for a fourth consecutive year but this time representing Team SmackDown and as their Champion against the RAW Women’s Champion, Becky Lynch and the NXT Women’s Champion Shayna Bayzler. With a new attitude and an impeccable record at the pay-per-view to date, her rival Champions will not be overlooking her.
