Edge’s career was shortened drastically due to injuries, but that did not stop him from going on to become a Grand Slam Champion before he hung up his boots. Edge, who was a prominent figure in the WWE from the days of the Attitude Era itself, started his journey in 1999 by winning the Intercontinental Championship.

In 2001, he won the United States Championship and in 2002, he won the Tag team championship alongside Rey Mysterio.

His career saw a huge spike in the mid-2000s where he was elevated as a main event heel. It was during this time that he got his hands on the WWE Championship and completed his grand slam journey.
