#5 Money Inc.
When I was a child, I hated Money Inc. That means the Million Dollar Man and IRS did the job WWF wanted them to do - get heel heat. There are a lack of credible heel teams in the WWE mainly due to the fans of today preferring to root for good in-ring workers regardless of alignment.
The crowd usually is right along with booing the Miz, so if he needs to be in a tag team as a heel again, I'd suggest putting him with the near-invisible Tye Dillinger. They could form a team similarly to Money Inc., but I'd call it Awesomely Perfect 10 Enterprises.
They could continue to have the Miz trying to get people 'acting jobs' as well as politicking for top matches either on Raw, Smackdown or at PPVs. He could be a wrestler, manager and promoter.
Heck, they could even bring in Drew Gulak to do their Power-Point presentations for them. Wrestlers like Mojo Rawley, Zack Ryder and Aiden English could be 'clients' and could either join the group or feud with them. Of course, they could feud with some top faces like Finn Balor or AJ Styles.
Some of the best heels are the arrogant, rich ones who use their money and influence to get what they want. The Miz has the influence so to speak, so a rehashing of Money Inc. could work in today's WWE. EC3 probably doesn't need a group, but he'd fit right in with this one.
