#3 RAW is Jericho!
This one may not seem as ridiculous at face value - but think about it.
"RAW is Jericho" was a play on "RAW is war!" Now, RAW is war made sense because it's an anagram. RAW is Jericho? No sense at all - but the WWE Universe became so accustomed to hearing the phrase that we now take absolutely no notice of how ridiculous it is.
That's the genius of Jericho. WWE have even since tried to replicate this with phrases like "Monday Night Rollins" being used.
RAW became Jericho in 1999, with the former WCW man garnering an absolutely incredible reaction from the crowd, and his very first line in WWE?
"Welcome to RAW is Jericho!"
#2 Drink it in, maaaaaan!
Now, this one was truly iconic - and yet again was birthed during Chris Jericho's final WWE run. Jericho would proclaim that he was giving the audience and, well, everyone else, The Gift of Jericho, and encouraged them to "drink it in, maaaaan" as the WCW legend basked in his own ego.
"Drink it in, man" became the ultimate heel catchphrase for Jericho, and became just as popular with the WWE Universe - spawning several spin-offs such as "drink it in, Dean", "Ink it in, man", "And he put it on, man", "Try it on, man", "Bring it in, man", "Lock me in, man", "Squash them down, man", "Smack it down, man," and "He was markin' out, man".
Most tragically, though, we were left with a final, "Say goodbye, maaaaan" as he left RAW for SmackDown Live.
