Over a long period of time, we haven't received a chance to see Shawn Michaels coming across Daniel Bryan ever, thanks to the early retirement of HBK from in-ring competition.

However, according to Joe Peisich of Barnburner‘s No Holds Barred podcast (h/t Ringside News), "WWE is currently planning to book a Student vs Teacher match at WrestleMania 35."

Though this match sounds good in many ways, and we'd be happy if it was done a few years ago, but booking this match at this point of time will be a huge mistake as no one wants to see it, following the announcement of new-era.

Moreover, if WWE will organize this match on the grandest stage of all, it'll be a huge mistake as Bryan is the current WWE Champion and there's no way that he's dropping it before WrestleMania 35, which means he will fight HBK with the WWE Championship on the line.

Therefore, nobody wants to see this match happening at WrestleMania 35, let alone putting the WWE Championship on the line.
