The Big Dog has won both World titles and both mid-card titles in commission on RAW and SmackDown currently. He's even been a Tag Team Champion. But Roman Reigns has never had the privilege of holding two Championships simultaneously.

In comparison, his former Shield member Seth Rollins has achieved this feat thrice. He held the WWE Championship and United States Championship in 2015, the Intercontinental title and RAW tag title in 2018, as well as the Universal Championship and RAW Tag Team Championship last year.

Roman Reigns would've been the Universal Champ in all likelihood had he not backed out of the contest at WrestleMania 36. With SmackDown tag titles belonging to the heel duo of Cesaro and Shinsuke Nakamura, there's every chance The Big Dog could've become a double champ as well.
