#5 Aleister Black could start getting involved in serious storylines

One of the biggest problems that Aleister Black has faced since his arrival in 2018 is that he's never been in any solid storyline. He's had a few good matches and had a good trilogy against Buddy Murphy, but ultimately, there wasn't too much character work involved.

It's a shame because, at Royal Rumble 2020, they teased him joining Kevin Owens and Samoa Joe against The Monday Night Messiah group, but nothing came to be. However, Black took a break from squashing enhancement talent to take on Erick Rowan in what was the latter's best match in a while.

It's hard to remember when Rowan had a great singles match last but Aleister Black is slowly turning into a machine when it comes to producing good matches. Rowan proved to be a tough test and Black won clean, with WWE possibly teasing something bigger and better for Aleister Black.
