The hackerman first made an appearance on SmackDown before WrestleMania 36, when he exposed Sonya Deville and Dolph Ziggler for upstaging Otis on February 14th. It appears as though this time around, he has a new target.
The standard line of his has been "Keep your friends close and your enemy closer." Interestingly, the video showed some of the tag teams in WWE and didn't go into much detail.

It seems that as of now, WWE has only placed in the hooks of what this hacker storyline is expected to turn into. Who it's going to be or what the intentions are, we can't be sure. But it's likely going to have a prominent place on SmackDown.
The hackerman possibly indicated at a heel turn in a tag team soon. While we can't be sure which one, it's certainly an interesting way to tease it. Hopefully, WWE doesn't drop the ball with this storyline and they go on to do bigger and better things with it.
