CM Punk and Seth Rollins will face off on the January 6, 2025, edition of WWE RAW. Earlier, they were rumored to lock horns at WrestleMania 41. This means they will likely be available to square off against other opponents at The Grandest Stage of Them All.
Seth Rollins and CM Punk have been at each other's throats for years. When Punk returned to WWE last year, it was only the right move to book him against The Visionary in the main event of WrestleMania XL. However, The Voice of the Voiceless unfortunately suffered an injury. Since they will now face off next month, Rollins could take on Drew McIntyre at WrestleMania 41.
As per a recent report by WrestleVotes on Backstage Pass, The Voice of the Voiceless will likely face a world champion at next year's 'Mania. Hence, The Visionary might end up facing Drew McIntyre.
Punk has openly expressed that he wants to go after the World Heavyweight Championship, which is currently held by Gunther. After he feuds with Rollins, the Stamford-based promotion might place The Second City Saint in a rivalry against The Ring General at The Grandest Stage of Them All.

That said, The Scottish Warrior will likely feud with Seth Rollins at the mega event. Both men have a long history with each other and delivered a stunning and exciting match at this year's Show of Shows. Interestingly, they recently crossed paths again on WWE RAW, where McIntyre attempted to recruit The Visionary in his battle against The OG Bloodline.
Drew McIntyre has held the WWE, World Heavyweight, Intercontinental, NXT, and RAW Tag Team championships. He is a seven-time champion in the promotion.
What prediction did a wrestling veteran have for Seth Rollins vs. CM Punk on WWE RAW's Netflix debut?
With years of hatred and personal issues, it's expected that Rollins and CM Punk won't hold back in their upcoming match. Bill Apter expects nothing but physical violence between both men at Intuit Dome.
On a live Q&A on Backstage Pass, the wrestling veteran predicted that the upcoming match between CM Punk and Seth Rollins would be the first of many. He believed the feud would span several months before possibly culminating in a steel cage match. Apter hoped to witness a "real brawl" in their bout on RAW.
"It's gonna be the first but not last time. It's gonna last several months. I assume that it will wind up in a cage match. I don't know what they're gonna do in the first match, but it can't be a wrestling match with holds and headlocks. It's gotta be a real brawl and hell of a lot of policy or security guards pulling [them apart] etc."
It will be interesting to see what will happen next between Seth Rollins and CM Punk.
