7-time champion to return after 59 days and save Finn Balor from Damian Priest's wrath? Exploring the possibility

For the first time since SummerSlam 2024, Damian Priest had the chance to face Gunther and win back the World Heavyweight Championship at Survivor Series. However, this chance, like SummerSlam, was blown up by Damian's former brother-in-arms, Finn Balor.

Hence, on tonight's episode of Monday Night RAW, it won't be surprising to see Damian unleash his wrath on Balor. But there is a chance a seven-time champion could make his WWE return after 59 days and save Balor from Damian. The former champion who could make his return is Drew McIntyre.

The last time McIntyre was seen in WWE was at Bad Blood 2024, where he lost a Hell in a Cell match to CM Punk. This loss to The Second City Saint could make McIntyre realize that if he wants to reach the pinnacle and become World Champion, he might need to surround himself with allies.

This is the reason why The Scottish Warrior could return and help Finn Balor so that he can align with The Judgment Day. Another reason why McIntyre could do something along these lines is that after he won the World Championship at WrestleMania 40, it was Damian Priest who cashed in the MITB contract and beat him.

While Damian didn't do anything wrong and did what anyone would, losing the title on the same night he won must have hurt Drew McIntyre. Therefore, it won't be surprising to see him do something along these lines.

As mentioned above, the relationship between Finn Balor and Damian Priest turned sour after Balor cost Damian the World Heavyweight Championship at SummerSlam. Since then, the two have been against each other and even competed in a match at Bad Blood, which Damian won.
