#3 The Miz's physical transformation received a lot of positive reactions from the WWE Universe

As one of the longest-tenured superstars in WWE today, The Miz carries the burden of taking the locker room forward. Miz has been one of WWE's biggest stars both inside and outside the ring.

He has always been a great entertainer, and he works hard on his mic skills to cut great promos week after week. The A-Lister has worked on his physical appearance in recent times and the results have shown.

Miz took to social media to post a photo of his three-month transformation that has allowed him to cut down and look much better. He posted a caption along with the photo explaining the work that went into his physical transformation.

“The picture on the left was taken on January 8, 2021. The one on the right was taken on April 11th, 2021.
I set out on a journey to not only get ripped, but to get healthier. I started at 220lbs and currently I am at 206lbs.
For 3 months, I weight trained 4 days a week and focused on eating the right foods.”

The former WWE Champion further wrote how he was never one to hit the gym all the time but feels much better now. Braun Strowman, Eva Marie, Dolph Ziggler, Natalya, Zack Ryder, and other wrestlers reacted to the photo and praised the work Miz put in.

The A-Lister may need to take some time off to heal an injury he picked up during WrestleMania Backlash. However, that could give him time to further improve his physique by putting more work in the gym.
