The road not taken

It's not that hard to make a star in a match, and even without a bias, one can see this match did Roman no favors. The fact that WWE managed the same just a few days ago with Seth Rollins stirring performance in the gauntlet should tell you they have the ability to make stars.
Despite the predictable end result, the match was decent though nothing surprising. There were fun moments with most of the story revolving around Braun Strowman and his five eliminations. WWE should be careful with him, as eventually not completely pulling the trigger on him may cause them to lose out with fans.
Other narratives played well, from Elias's ascension to main event levels to Cena's inability to clear a path to 'Mania. Even Seth, Balor and Miz got decent mileage in. Eventually Reigns won, but Braun stood tall; yet's it not enough, not anymore.
Result: Roman Reigns beats Braun Strowman and wins to head to Wrestlemania 34
