Much like Samoa Joe, there is so much to like about Roode’s ability in the ring and the fact he is as technical a star as there has been in some time. The former TNA World Champion has been compared to Arn Anderson on many levels.
As a singles star, he is at par with just about anyone on WWE’s roster. As a tag team specialist, he and James Storm were highly rated at the time of their long-standing run. Roode could be Anderson, Magnum TA, even an upgraded Bob Backlund. He just needs a chance. For now, he is excelling in NXT. He will be there for a while.
