#4. Hope isn't true: Vince McMahon is a big fan of a controversial storyline

The Lana-Rusev-Bobby Lashley storyline is undoubtedly the most controversial and hated one in all of WWE. The sleaziness aspect of it is something that puts many off and most fans simply believe that it's complete misutilization of top-level talents such as Bobby Lashley and Rusev.

The positive aspect of it is that Rusev has gotten over but the reality of it is also the fact that no matter how controversial all of it is, it's getting attention. That's one of the main reasons that WWE hasn't given up on the storyline that started in late September.

A former WWE writer just went after JBL for his comments HERE

According to Wrestlingnews.co, Vince McMahon loved the segment from the penultimate episode of RAW to TLC where Lana and Bobby Lashley were arrested. The segments pull numbers that are higher than most and as a result of the attention it gets, there's no incentive for WWE to stop it just yet.

We hope this report isn't true because we would like to see the storyline end, but even so, one positive aspect of this rumor is that Rusev has reportedly received a lot of praise backstage for his role in the storyline due to the positive response he's been getting.
