Carmella is the only female two-time 24/7 Champion
On September 23, 2019, Carmella accompanied R-Truth, the WWE 24/7 Champion, to the ring on Monday Night RAW. She tried to hold off the Superstars who were chasing him. Carmella begged them to stop running after Truth. She stated that she was tired of being chased for four months, and she told her partner that she couldn't it anymore.

As R-Truth hugged Carmella to comfort her, she quickly rolled him up for the pin to capture the 24/7 Championship. Although R-Truth was shocked, he helped her escape when part of the women's locker room ran down to the ring to chase her. Carmella's win was memorable because she was always by Truth's side during his numerous title reigns early in the championship's history.

Carmella lost her championship on WWE SmackDown on October 4 to Marshmello. But she successfully recaptured it on the same night. As Marshmello was getting into his car, he found Truth wearing a similar mask sitting inside. Carmella surprised Marshmello from behind and rolled him up to pin him and regain her lost title.
