#5. Sonya Deville

This might come as a surprising entry on this list, but we feel that Sonya Deville has the potential to become a Women's Champion on either RAW or SmackDown. As we know, things with WWE can be cyclical - and that includes the push of certain Superstars.
There's no doubting her potential, but Sonya Deville, now split from Mandy Rose, needs to change brands as well and move to Monday Night RAW. She would be a useful addition, though we don't see her winning the title anytime soon with Shayna Baszler and Becky Lynch being the top two women on the brand (and a possible Ronda Rousey return on the cards).
If booked consistently, then she can reach the next level, but the time for that isn't in 2020. All WWE needs to do is give her a good winning streak and a possible title challenge where she comes up short after a good showing. Given the circumstances and the storyline she's coming out of, she isn't ready to win the MITB briefcase this year.
Becky Lynch has been challenged HERE.
