#3 Shelton Benjamin

Shelton Benjamin is one of the most underutilized stars in the WWE. He belongs to the same OVW class of 2002 that included Randy Orton, John Cena, Brock Lesnar, and Batista.

Needless to say, he shares the same level of in-ring talent as his batchmates. But, the lack of charisma puts him far behind the rest of them.

A top AEW star just called one of his colleagues 'spoiled' and 'narcissistic' HERE.

So, when Benjamin had cut a promo citing his purpose to participate in the ladder match, many predicted that he would make the cut. Alas, the WWE even didn't bother to put him in a qualifier.

In the inaugural Money in the Bank match, he nearly killed himself with a ludicrous dive. Even in the 25th Anniversary of WrestleMania, he had turned an inclined ladder into an impromptu staircase and gave a thunderous clothesline to Chris Jericho.

Sadly, Benjamin wasn't seen in any of the ladder matches in the WWE since WrestleMania 26. WWE could have let in Shelton so that he could produce a couple of groundbreaking spots again.
