Even though several weeks have passed since she relinquished her RAW Women's Championship and went on maternity leave, I believe that Becky Lynch is still the most over Superstar in WWE today.

The Man gimmick not only changed the game for Lynch but for women's wrestling in WWE in general. If you don't believe me, I'd like to remind you that women headlining WrestleMania and a female Superstar being the first pick in a WWE Draft were both unheard of before The Man came around.
While we don't necessarily know whether Becky Lynch will return to WWE or not following the birth of her child, the WWE Universe would be hoping for the same.
Remember that it was the fans who had her back through everything. When Becky Lynch attacked Charlotte at SummerSlam 2018, it was the fans' approval that resulted in her becoming an anti-hero instead of a full-fledged heel. Hence, I believe that if The Man does come back, it would be for the WWE Universe and that if she does return, she'll be with the company till she decides to hang up her boots.
