Stone Cold Steve Austin made the Stunner famous, also dubbing it the Stone Cold Stunner. John Cena has also been noted to use a variation of the Stunner on several occasions. Yet, no one has dared to use the iconic move as their finisher in respect of Steve Austin who is widely regarded as the father of the attitude era.

Bray has been the only well-known wrestler to use the Stunner as a finishing move. While he used the Stunner as a finisher as Alex Mulligan, Wyatt eventually switched to Sister Abigail when he became Bray Wyatt.

Had he been still using the stunner as his finishing move while using his current gimmick, he would have received quite a bit of heat from the fans.

Even though Sister Abigail doesn’t seem like an effective move, the theatrics is what makes it stand out from the rest.
