Bill Goldberg is one of the most powerful and ruthless men to have stepped into the WWE. He is one of the only men to have beaten Brock Lesnar in the WWE and also won the Universal Championship upon his brief return to the company.
Goldberg was a football star at the University of Georgia and wanted to pursue a career in the NFL. He signed with the Atlanta Falcons in 1992. An injury sidelined him and he was noticed by the WCW who decided to give him a shot at wrestling. Goldberg never planned on becoming a wrestler, but end up becoming a wrestling icon.
