#1 Daniel Bryan to RAW
As mentioned earlier in the slide show, SmackDown has an overabundance of plucky, undersized workhorses. Most of them are faces, and if Bryan doesn't turn out to be the orchestrator of the attacks on Roman Reigns, then he's likely joining the good guys again.
For that reason, and the fact that he's already won the WWE title, he should get shipped to RAW. He and Seth Rollins could either ally or face each other and if Balor also gets moved to RAW, The Architect will need some allies in order to battle The OC. It would also be a good storyline when/if Balor turned on them and joined the OC.
A top AEW star just called one of his colleagues 'spoiled' and 'narcissistic' HERE.
Bryan has primarily been on SmackDown since the brand split and the other person synonymous with the Blue Brand - AJ Styles - joined RAW during the Superstar Shake Up.
The Planet's Champion is likely better suited for SmackDown due to it being more focused on in-ring action, but his potential for feuds or matches on RAW are just as tantalizing. Who doesn't want to see him face the likes of Ricochet, Cesaro, Cedric Alexander or The Fiend? If the Fiend wins the Universal Championship, he'll need some big-name challengers not named Seth Rollins.
Bryan would be perfect for that spot and he'd also add at least one guaranteed great match per RAW if Monday Nights are going to get a little more weird with paternity storylines and puppet shows.
