There's always a certain mystery when a WWE tag team splits up. Fans can never assume that the tag team is over indefinitely. More often than not, teams have reunited out of the blue and given fans a moment of nostalgia about their glory days.

One tag team whose future hasn't been determined yet is The Usos. Jimmy and Jey Uso split when the former stopped Main Event Jey from defeating Roman Reigns at SummerSlam 2023. Following that, Jey quit SmackDown and moved to WWE RAW. Currently, The Bloodline story has changed, with The OTC becoming a babyface. As a result, the WWE Universe is expecting to see The Usos reunite before forming a faction with the former Big Dog against Solo Sikoa.

While speaking exclusively with Metro.co.uk, Main Event Jey referred to the Oasis brothers Liam and Noel Gallagher reuniting for 2025. He expressed his happiness for the brothers being able to clear the air and reunite to give fans what they want. However, he also explained that if this was his brother Jimmy and him, he couldn't go on for such a prolonged period without talking.

So, it doesn't seem that Jey and Jimmy Uso will stay split up forever on WWE TV. Unfortunately, it's easier said than done. The brothers have been on separate brands with individual storylines, and Main Event Jey has propelled to the top on Monday Night RAW.

Former Undisputed WWE Champion Roman Reigns might need to choose between Jey Uso and Jimmy Uso

When Jey Uso left SmackDown, nobody followed him. Ideally, Jimmy Uso should have. Jimmy justified his SummerSlam 2023 actions by saying he did not want his brother to become another Roman Reigns. However, when Main Event Jey left SmackDown, Jimmy Uso stayed behind to reunite with the former Tribal Chief.

It goes without saying that Jey Uso is The OTC's strongest ally at the moment. However, the RAW superstar can choose not to align himself with Roman Reigns if Jimmy Uso is in the mix. He might choose to not be a part of something that has his family in it. As a result, Reigns could be forced to choose between the two Usos.
