Del Rio is a multiple time WWE World Champion.

Similar to Kim, Del Rio has already got a return to WWE under his belt, returning in 2015 after being released the year prior.

However, a series of wellness suspensions and attitude problems saw the Mexican Aristocrat released again in 2016, and Del Rio hasn't done himself any favors since.

In a series of videos, Del Rio insulted WWE COO Triple H, and made a habit of no-showing events on the indpendent scene.

Add an investigation into domestic abuse in the mix, and despite his wishes, it seems unlikely that he will drive down a WWE ramp again.
