#1 AJ Styles, Karl Anderson, Luke Gallows, and Shinsuke Nakamura's WWE contract will expire soon
Contrary to the title of the list, a lot of fans would rather the four aforementioned superstars leave. But, what other wrestling promotions lack is a global audience, and those audiences think that WWE is synonymous with pro-wrestling.

Right now, they might be seeing substandard wrestling which Roman Reigns and most of the wrestlers in the main roster provide. However, AJ Styles and Shinsuke Nakamura provide a glimmer of hope that the product can be better, and people can begin to enjoy pro-wrestling again.
It is no surprise that AJ Styles, Shinsuke Nakamura, Karl Anderson, and Luke Gallows signed a three-year deal with the WWE, and it is expiring soon. When someone asked Dave Meltzer about it, he said the following (H/T: Ringsidenews.com):
“It wouldn’t completely shock me. I know they do want him back. There will be attempts for all those guys. Gallows and Anderson, if they wanna go back there, they can go back there. They’re kind of treading water [in WWE]. Who knows how that’s gonna go. I don’t anticipate anyone going back there [but] you just don’t know how people feel and what people want out of life.”
He further elucidated that Nakamura could be heading home to NJPW as his booking since arriving on the main roster isn't of the stature he expected it to be. AJ Styles seems to be more happy with his stay in the WWE, and it will not be easy convincing him to go back.
We hope that all four of them sign extensions and continue their stay in the WWE. Even Gallows and Anderson provide an optimistic belief that tag team wrestling in WWE can be great again.
