#7 Jinder Mahal

Former WWE Champion Jinder Mahal also underwent knee surgery earlier this year, in June. Mahal ruptured his Patella Tendon in a match, which resulted in him requiring surgery.
A report in the Wrestling Observer Newsletter revealed that he could be out of action for six months, which means that he, too, will be available in the early part of 2020. The former 24/7 Champion signed a new WWE contract earlier this year, which ties him to the company for the next five years.
#8 Lars Sullivan

Lars Sullivan was slated for big things on the main roster after squashing a few WWE legends after being called up to the main roster, but a serious injury derailed his push.
Sullivan also suffered a knee injury earlier this year, which will keep him out of contention for anywhere between 6 to 9 months. This means that he will miss the entirety of 2019 and will probably return just before WrestleMania 36, held in April.
