Like The Singh Brothers, it looked as though The Ascension’s futures in WWE might pick up heading into 2019 after Konnor surprisingly defeated Chad Gable, Bobby Roode and Rhyno in singles matches in September/October 2018.

However, the former NXT Tag Team champions have appeared in two matches on Monday Night Raw this year, losing against Heavy Machinery on both occasions, while they have lost six times on Main Event (vs. Heavy Machinery x3, Lucha House Party x2, The B-Team x1).

While Konnor’s latest televised win was over Rhyno in October 2018, you have to go back to July 2018 for The Ascension’s last victory in a tag team match, when they defeated Heath Slater & Rhyno on an episode of Main Event.

As for Viktor’s last singles win on WWE television, that took place all the way back in June 2012 when he defeated Jiro during an FCW TV taping.
