#8 Rhea Ripley
WWE Superstar Rhea Ripley had an excellent week heading into Survivor Series. The last seven days saw her pinning Charlotte Flair on RAW, winning the first-ever Women’s WarGames match and leading the NXT Women’s team to victory at Survivor Series.
Ever since she arrived on NXT, Ripley has been a force to reckon with. But her recent run shows that the WWE Creative are now confident enough to explore the potential of this young Superstar.
Ripley appears to be a confident person who does not shy away from going behind the impossible. Her victory at WarGames and Survivor Series indicates that she could become the leader of the women’s division in the future.
After the recently concluded PPV, we might see Ripley quickly jumping the ranks and couple possibly be the one who ends Shayna Baszler’s run as the NXT Women’s Champion. If booked right, Ripley might be one of the fan favorites for winning the Royal Rumble next year.

#7 Roman Reigns
Roman Reigns’ return to WWE after winning his battle against Leukaemia has been inspirational for everyone. This time when Reigns came back on the roster, he wasn’t pushed through the ranks immediately, Instead, WWE took their time to slowly build his character which has reflected well in his improved in-ring personality.
After having him team up with Daniel Bryan, the WWE Creative slowly pushed him towards a solo run who is a leader, and not just an equal partner. This has been evident in his matches at Crown Jewel and Survivor Series where he led his teams to victory.
Both the locker room and the fans have started to look at him as the leader of the Blue brand. And those who don’t agree are still backing him to take back the reigns from a certain 'King'.
Baron Corbin is excellent at playing his character and has a unique way of getting under the skin of anyone he wishes to provoke.
Therefore, booking Reigns in a feud with Corbin is the best way to get him over with the crowd before he is finally pushed into the title picture. For now, he is expected to continue his rivalry with King Corbin that might lead to a brutal match between the two at TLC.
#6 Sasha Banks
Sasha Banks took a 4-month hiatus from WWE earlier this year. Upon her return, she turned heel and immediately drew everyone's attention. She went on to feud with Becky Lynch for the RAW Women’s Championship and had an incredible match at Hell in a Cell.
Following that, she was drafted to SmackDown where she now accompanies her best friend the Women’s Champion of the Blue brand, Bayley. Ever since her heel turn, Banks has always been in character, doing a convincing job. She continuously tries to get more heat and is certainly good at it.
At Survivor Series, Banks used both her mind games and in-ring skills to eliminate several of her opponents. As a leader, she was quite great without comprising on the character that she has been donning lately. Although she lost the match to NXT’s Rhea Ripley in the end, it still took three women to overcome the ‘Legit Boss’.
Banks was expected to get a huge push right after her HIAC match. But her dominance at the Survivor Series elimination match may now force the decision-makers to speed up the process.
#5 Daniel Bryan
Ever since Daniel Bryan lost his WWE Championship to Kofi Kingston, he has had a quiet run on the Blue brand. He only teamed up with Roman Reigns so that the latter could avenge the vicious attacks laid on him by the Erick Rowan who was Bryan's former ally.
Following that, Bryan appeared directionless on Smackdown and he was teasing a face turn. This was the same time when Sami Zayn and Shinsuke Nakamura offered to form an alliance with Bryan. However, there was someone else who had his eyes on the former WWE Champion.
Bryan was attacked by the newly crowned Universal champion, The Fiend. He even went on to mock Bryan’s ‘Yes!’ chants that prompted the latter to finally embrace his old self. Ahead of their match at Survivor Series, Bryan was skeptical. But last night, we saw him leading his signature chants that echoed in the entire arena.
Although Bryan could not win against The Fiend, it became evident that he is the only one who can make the fans turn on the hottest name of the pro-wrestling world today. Both Superstars have talked about their passion and instability which hints at an intense title feud between the two Superstars. An extended rivalry with Bryan will also help The Fiend add more credibility to his title reign.
#4 Kevin Owens
Last week, Kevin Owens surprised the world by appearing on NXT as the fourth member of Tommaso Ciampa’s team. Previously, KO was attacked by the Undisputed Era when Triple H was trying to convince him to join NXT. Hence, he went back to the Black and Yellow brand to avenge the beatdown while helping Ciampa pick a win at the WarGames match.
Following that, he represented the Red brand at Survivor Series in the team that was left by Seth Rollins. And the latter blamed the entire Red roster for the brand’s performance at the PPV.
After the entire locker room walked out on ‘The Architect’, Owens entered the ring and took down Rollins with a stunner. They also locked horns in the main event of RAW. By the looks of it, the Beastslayer is set to turn heel in the coming weeks and Kevin Owens is the perfect choice for a feud with ‘heel’ Rollins.
Hopefully, they will have an extended rivalry that will bring the best out of both these Superstars.
#3 Keith Lee
Keith Lee fought for Team Ciampa at NXT Takeover: WarGames and was excellent in the match. He carried the same momentum to the Survivor Series. He looked fresh as ever and did a commendable job in the match.
First, he stopped Roman Reigns and Seth Rollins from putting Tommaso Ciampa through the table. He then went on to eliminate ‘The Architect’ before being eliminated by Reigns. Although NXT did not win the match, Lee was applauded for his performance.
The latest backstage rumors suggest that Vince McMahon was extremely happy with Keith Lee and he ‘loved’ his performance in the match. Hence, it might not be that difficult to predict that he is in line to get a huge push in the coming months.
Lee is a promising Superstar and WWE Creatives can make the best use for him on the Black and Gold brand. If they play their cards right, Lee can use this momentum to learn, improve and groom himself for bigger stages in the coming months.
#2 Adam Cole
Ever since the invasion angle started to build up for Survivor Series, Adam Cole has been the one Superstar who always stood tall. The last few weeks saw him defend his NXT Championship against Daniel Bryan and Seth Rollins on SmackDown and RAW, respectively.
He then went on to win the Ladder match at NXT to win the advantage for his team at WarGames. The Undisputed Era lost in the match as Cole was pinned by Ciampa after the latter performed an Air Raid Crash off the cage that drove the Champion through two tables.
The following night, Cole once again geared up for a match against Pete Dunne at Survivor Series with his title on the line. The two delivered one of the best matches of the evening which ended with Cole retaining his title.
This entire run has convinced everyone about his potential. He is meant to be the face of the company in the future and this was probably the defining moment that is now going to push him towards the pinnacle for sports entertainment.
But for now, the leader of the Undisputed Era would be booked to become the biggest attraction on Wednesday nights.
#1 Seth Rollins
Seth Rollins had a good run in 2019 but with time, his character started getting stale. We are all aware of the wonderful job he does as a heel and now we might see ‘The Architect’ embracing that persona all over again.
The RAW after Survivor Series almost confirmed that Rollins will be turning heel in the coming weeks. He is expected to engage in an extended rivalry with Kevin Owens which will benefit surely both these Superstars.
With the entire locker room walking out on Rollins, he has no other option left but to turn on them. He may find possible allies in the AoP who finally debuted on RAW this week. They interfered in the main event featuring Rollins and KO but only attacked the latter. They did glance at Rollins but left the ring without attacking him. Hence, we could also see a stable being formed on the Red brand.
Overall, there are a lot of possibilities to explore. But one thing remains certain, Rollins will now get a huge push as a heel so that WWE can restore the trust that the fans had in him.
