#4 MVP

Although Montel Vontavious Porter isn’t as memorable today as some of his compatriots from the same era, the man was quite successful during his time in WWE. He won the WWE Tag-Team titles twice and also won the WWE United States Championship. Two of those title reigns coincided, meaning that he was also a double champion at one point.
MVP’s first title in WWE was the WWE United States Championship, which he won from Chris Benoit at WWE’s Judgment Day PPV in 2007. Later that year, he formed an unlikely partnership with Matt Hardy and the duo challenged Deuce and Domino for the SmackDown Tag-Team Championships on the August 24th episode of WWE SmackDown. They won the match, with MVP becoming a double champion for around 3 months.
MVP and Hardy lost the Tag-Team titles to John Morrison and The Miz in November, which led MVP to turn on Hardy, writing him off television so he could recover from a legitimate ankle injury. MVP went on to hold the WWE United States title for 343 days (which was a record at the time only to be broken later by Dean Ambrose), losing his title to Matt Hardy at Backlash in 2008.
