#5 Alexa Bliss & Nikki Cross

WWE's two best friends
WWE's two best friends

When Nikki Cross met Alexa Bliss in a backstage segment sometime in May 2019, things began to change for the previously unstable Superstar.

The two started to bond and soon Bliss became Cross’ best friend and while it was expected to be a short-term storyline that would see Bliss turn heel again, it did not happen. Instead, the two went on to win the WWE Women’s Tag Team Championships in August 2019. This also marked Cross’ first Championship reign of her WWE career.

The two have become crowd favorites ever since, and Cross has also joined Bliss on her talk show, A Moment of Bliss. The duo recently won the WWE Women’s Tag Team Championships once again, and are enjoying their second reign together.

While the team seemed like a short term prospect at first, it now feels like they work great together. WWE should keep them together for much longer to build an even bigger storyline before they decide to split them up and have a rivalry between them.
