WWE Bash in Berlin is just two weeks away, and the match card for the highly anticipated Premium Live Event is starting to take shape. All signs point to another blockbuster match being added on the upcoming episode of Monday Night RAW.
Drew McIntyre got the better of his archrival, CM Punk, at SummerSlam, but it seems the feud is far from over. Last Monday, the two engaged in a brawl, with Punk coming out on top after repeatedly whipping Drew with a belt.
In a backstage interview later, Punk stated that he had figured out how to get his hands on The Scottish Warrior. All indications suggest that a Strap Match is on the horizon between the two former World Champions. Adam Pearce could make the match official on RAW, following a suggestion from Punk.
Interestingly, McIntyre was also part of the last Strap Match in WWE when he faced Karrion Kross at the Extreme Rules Premium Live Event in 2022.
CM Punk sends a warning ahead of WWE RAW
Despite the beating at the hands of CM Punk, Drew McIntyre is still in possession of Punk's bracelet, which bears the names of his wife, AJ Lee, and his dog, Larry.
After a recent event, Punk posted a message on his Instagram story. He thanked the fans for all the replacement bracelets they had given him. However, he promised that he was going to get the original one back from McIntyre, whom he referred to as an "internet troll."
"Thanks to all the fans today at @fanaticsfest! Appreciate the replacement bracelets, but we gonna get the OG one back and slap an internet troll. Appeciate you all," Punk wrote.
It will be interesting to see what WWE has planned for the feud between CM Punk and Drew McIntyre moving forward.
