The 2024 WWE Survivor Series: WarGames is less than a month away now. It will be interesting to see what storylines emerge leading up to this highly anticipated event.

One concept WWE could bring back is that of the traditional battle for brand supremacy. If so, there’s a strong possibility that RAW General Manager Adam Pearce might challenge a 20-year wrestling veteran for a match at Survivor Series, that being none other than SmackDown GM Nick Aldis.

Both Pearce and Aldis have excelled in their managerial roles, each striving to establish their respective shows, RAW and SmackDown as the superior brand. WWE could play into this rivalry and book a showdown between these former NWA Champions.

A female WWE star said her life is in danger. Details HERE

Aldis’ last match took place in September 2023, just over a year ago, while Pearce hasn’t wrestled since 2021.

Adam Pearce has previously talked about potential match with Nick Aldis

Nick Aldis vs. Adam Pearce is a match WWE fans have long wanted to see. In a recent interview with Chris Van Vliet, the RAW General Manager addressed the possibility of facing Aldis.

Pearce acknowledged that there was plenty of potential for a story between him and Aldis. However, he noted that neither he nor Aldis is actively pushing for that position, as both are content with their current roles in WWE. That said, Pearce assured fans that if the opportunity presented itself, both would be open to it.

"There is something there. There is a lot of errant opportunity between Mr. Aldis and I. Here's the thing, you have to want that. I don't think he wants that. No, that'd be fun. Neither one of us, Nick and I, are ever going to angle for a position in the spotlight like that. I think we're both content, happy, and honored to have the positions we have currently in WWE. As I've said 100 times privately and publicly, I'm not afraid to get my hands dirty either. If the situation calls for it, I'm sure Nick would be down for it," he said. [H/T - Fightful]
