Adam Pearce has been dealing with many things on WWE RAW. He has been handling The Wyatt Sicks' destruction, Bron Breakker's unhinged aggression, Drew McIntyre's emotional outbursts, and more. One superstar who may take his place is Big E.

The 11-time WWE champion has been away from in-ring action since March 2022 after suffering a neck injury during a tag team match pitting him and Kofi Kingston against Sheamus and Ridge Holland. Since then, fans have only seen him in non-wrestling roles, mainly as a pre-show analyst. Since he is thriving outside the ring, he may replace Adam Pearce as RAW's general manager.

Pearce has seemingly grown tired of his responsibilities as RAW's general manager. This may force him to question whether he is capable of managing his roster. Hence, he may quit, enabling E to become the red brand's main authority figure.

The 38-year-old is admired by many stars and fans. He has held numerous titles in the global juggernaut, including the WWE, Tag Team, Intercontinental, and NXT championships.

The powerhouse may also play a role in the ongoing feud between The New Day and The Final Testament on the red brand. E can refuse to play favorites with Kofi Kingston and Xavier Woods against Karrion Kross' group, prompting the duo to turn heel on their long-time stablemate.

What is the latest on WWE star Big E?

Big E recently revealed that he has landed a role in an upcoming comedy series, Laid. The show will stream on Peacock later this year. The former Intercontinental Champion also continues to recover from his neck injury.

On X/Twitter, E said he underwent stem cell treatment. However, his in-ring future was still unclear. The 38-year-old revealed that his C1 had healed but had not formed a new bone.

"Hey, all! Two year neck scans are in. Things are unchanged. My C1 has healed fibrously but has not formed new bone. I’m not medically cleared and truthfully, I may never be cleared. But I am blessed to be free of pain, immensely happy and otherwise healthy. Life is good."

It will be interesting to see whether E will return to WWE programming in a full-time role soon.
