Adam Pearce is set to have an immensely busy period on WWE RAW, as the new year rings in. So, with that in mind, you would think he'll have an easy night at the office during the final show of 2024.

Well, that doesn't seem to be on the cards. Pearce has his work cut out for him, especially after the chaos of recent weeks. As WWE RAW moves to Netflix, the General Manager could make some huge decisions for the premiere.

Here are a few announcements Adam Pearce could make on tonight's show, the final two-hour episode of the red brand before the major switch.

A top AEW star just called one of his colleagues 'spoiled' and 'narcissistic' HERE.

#1. Drew McIntyre vs. Jey Uso on WWE RAW next week

Drew McIntyre's quest to vanquish The Bloodline will continue tonight, with Jey Uso his next potential victim. Following The Scottish Warrior's loose alliance with Solo Sikoa, things could be looking bad for the former Intercontinental Champion. That might be why Adam Pearce may announce McIntyre vs. Uso next week, to ensure the new Tribal Chief doesn't get involved.

Solo will be focused on Tribal Combat with Roman Reigns, which would seemingly ensure a fair match between Drew McIntyre and Jey Uso. It is also strong enough for a big show like next week's. The Bloodline Hunter could make a great first impression in front of the wider mainstream audience who may tune into WWE RAW on Netflix.

#2. Another stipulation added to Rhea Ripley vs. Liv Morgan

Speaking of first impressions, Rhea Ripley and Liv Morgan need to have a strong showing next week. Their Last Woman Standing Match needs to be about the hatred both stars have for each other. Ripley and Morgan's in-ring chemistry is underrated due to the heavy interference in their previous two singles matches.

So, the best case would be for them to focus on the action. Adam Pearce can ensure that on tonight's episode, by banning The Judgment Day from ringside next week. This would eliminate all shenanigans involving Dominik Mysterio, Raquel Rodriguez, and the others.

Both women deserve a proper match to end their rivalry. Pearce's announcement can be the easy explanation to eliminate all unnecessary distractions, while Rhea Ripley and Liv Morgan cook up a classic on WWE RAW's premiere on Netflix.

#3. Adam Pearce could remove Seth Rollins and CM Punk from the arena if they start brawling

WWE RAW tonight will see Seth Rollins and CM Punk under the same roof one final time before their match on the Netflix premiere. Their potential confrontation could turn physical really fast, so Adam Pearce will have to be on his toes.

Punk and Rollins may go too far, with referees and producers all being at risk. If a few of them get hurt during the potential brawl, Pearce would have to punish both stars.

The General Manager can have both CM Punk and Seth Rollins removed from the Toyota Center in Houston. In storyline terms, this would preserve the match that is set to headline the biggest episode of WWE RAW in history.

Meanwhile, them being pulled apart by Adam Pearce would cause more anticipation for the eventual bout.

#4. Roman Reigns' move to WWE RAW might be confirmed

In case you forgot, WWE RAW and SmackDown Superstars are still eligible to move across brands. The Transfer Window is open. Among the likely movers to the red brand, Roman Reigns is yet to officially leave his home on Friday nights.

However, it seems like a formality. The OTC will face Solo Sikoa in Tribal Combat on WWE RAW next week, so it makes sense for Adam Pearce to tie him down to a contract as soon as possible.

The General Manager can make the announcement tonight, stating that Reigns will be exclusive to Monday nights once it moves to Netflix. It can be the first step towards his potential WrestleMania 41 match against CM Punk.
