Adam Pearce has been quite busy on RAW, and things are not expected to change before the red brand moves to Netflix in early January. In fact, the move to Netflix will shake up the RAW roster, and we expect changes to be made in the next couple of weeks.

At the same time, the WWE Transfer Window allows Adam Pearce to make the changes he wants on the RAW roster. One might include one of the best tag teams in the company's history: The New Day. Kofi Kingston and Xavier Woods have been dealing with heavy criticism following their verbal confrontation with their friend Big E during the New Day's 10-year celebration on December 2.

Kingston and Woods have been called out by the Undisputed WWE Champion Cody Rhodes and Hall of Famer Rey Mysterio, while the fans booed them when they came to the ring. As The New Day's future remains uncertain amid their heel turn, Adam Pearce could separate them, keeping either of the two on RAW and sending the other to SmackDown.

This would mark the end of the faction but also allow Kingston and Woods to move on from the Tag Team Division and pursue a singles run as heels, opening the way for new storylines.

Xavier Woods takes to social media to call out RAW General Manager Adam Pearce

Aside from the backlash he has gotten for his behavior towards Big E, Xavier Woods has also started a feud with RAW GM Adam Pearce.

Woods took to his account on X and criticized Pearce for his handling of former World Tag Team Champions Finn Balor and JD McDonagh, who defended their titles only three times during their six-month reign.

The former King of the Ring accused the RAW GM of 'clear mismanagement,' but Pearce didn't hold back and replied.

"If Finn wins the world heavyweight title tonight then is it gonna be another 70 days before the world tag titles are defended again?...I ask a legitimate question about your clear mismanagement of the tag division and instead of answering, you respond like a troll...This was judgment days first defense 70 days into their reign. But I guess you only wanna rectify things when it suits you," Xavier Woods wrote on X. [h/t WrestleTalk]

Adam Pearce replied to his comments, referring to The New Day's loss to the Alpha Academy in just 30 seconds and posting that Woods could find him in his office and the two could discuss.

With The War Raiders becoming the new World Tag Team Champions, the question is whether The New Day will get a title shot or Kingston and Woods will be separated.
