WWE currently has three active brands and an additional three programs all featuring in-ring action. The main brands are RAW, SmackDown, and NXT, with the other three shows being Main Event, Level Up, and Speed.
While every show has something appealing about it, Monday Night RAW is the longest-running program. With over 30 years of history, many fans still consider the red brand to be the A-Show, even when it was getting lower viewership than SmackDown.
RAW is set to undergo major changes, however. Beginning in January, the red brand will return to three hours and move to Netflix. This shakes things up quite a bit. As a result of the move, there have been rumors of NXT stars moving to the main roster.
Adam Pearce is the RAW General Manager and leads the hirings and firings of the show. This article will take a look at six stars from the black and gray brand that could potentially be signed by the former NWA Worlds Heavyweight Champion in the coming weeks and months in time for a new era of Monday Night RAW.

Below are six NXT stars General Manager Adam Pearce can sign to WWE RAW.
#6. Oba Femi could make a huge splash on WWE RAW
Oba Femi is a dominant force on WWE NXT. The big man is Nigerian-born and towers over almost everybody he stands across on the brand. He has been quite successful too, having won the NXT North American Title early in his career.
Until recently, Femi was not only the NXT North American Champion but the longest-reigning champion in the title's history. Unfortunately, he lost the title to Tony D'Angelo and then lost in a rematch. He hasn't been seen since.
Femi might be absent because he's signing a deal with Adam Pearce and Monday Night RAW. If Oba is brought up to the red brand, he could make a huge splash similar to that of Bron Breakker. In fact, Oba could even challenge Breakker for the prized Intercontinental Title.
#5. Lash Legend & #4. Jakara Jackson, The Meta-Girls made a big splash
The Meta-Girls is a part of The Meta-Four faction consisting of Lash Legend and Jakara Jackson. The two WWE NXT stars formed a tag team around two years ago on NXT Level Up. Over time, they have become a formidable duo.
In fact, Lash Legend and Jakara Jackson have flirted with the main roster in recent months. The two stars have chased after the WWE Women's Tag Team Titles and this led to matches and segments across RAW, SmackDown, RAW Talk, and The SmackDown LowDown.
Given that the pair have made a big splash and even competed at Crown Jewel, they seem like a no-brainer for Adam Pearce to sign. The two being brought to RAW would shake up the division, both in the singles ranks and in the tag team scene.
#3. Noam Dar & #2. Oro Mensah, the rest of The Meta-Four should be signed too
The Meta-Four consists of more than just Lash Legend and Jakara Jackson. The WWE stable also features Noam Dar and Oro Mensah. The two male performers knew each other from NXT UK before uniting on the black and gray brand.
Currently, Noam Dar has been out of action due to an injury following a backstage attack from Ethan Page. Oro Mensah fought for his WWE tag team partner but ultimately failed to dethrone Page of the NXT Championship back when All Ego still had it.
Instead of just stealing The Meta-Girls, Adam Pearce could steal the entire Meta-Four faction from NXT. Not only that but given the screen time Nick Aldis gave Lash and Jakara, Pearce would be sticking it to The National Treasure by signing the entire stable.
#1. Roxanne Perez leaving as champion would be intriguing
Roxanne Perez is one of the best female wrestlers in the world despite being on WWE's developmental brand. She can deliver in the ring, but she has also stepped it up on the microphone. Perez is a two-time and the current NXT Women's Champion.
The talented star has her work cut out for her on WWE NXT. The Prodigy has a wave of new potential challengers, including Zaria, Giulia, and Stephanie Vaquer. This is in addition to what was already arguably the best women's division in the world. She has a lot of opposition facing her.
Instead of facing the challenges head-on, Roxanne could sign with Monday Night RAW. If Adam Pearce signs Perez to the red brand, she might be able to simply vacate the NXT Women's Title instead of battling the stacked division who all want her head.
