Matt Hardy is not the young daredevil he once used to be back in the day. So seeing Hardy taking the fall in a dangerous spot, as linked above, was an uncomfortable moment for viewers during AEW All Out 2020.
Referee Aubrey Edwards threw up the 'X' sign, which seemingly indicated that the after-effects of Hardy stumbling backstage was no joke. Hardy and Guevara were allowed to continue with the match as the latter ended up taking a big fall - but a relatively safer one - towards the end of this bout.
