CM Punk in Chicago is as big as Bret Hart was in Canada, back when he used to wrestle. And as you can see in the video linked above, he got into a wrestling ring recently to troll fans and raise their expectations about his return.
It is all too likely that he won't come back, but if he does ever return it will be to a company like AEW, a company that has been created by fans of the sport instead of say, a global powerhouse like WWE. And if he does return, what better place than All Out?

I mean he could do a variety of things at the show, from being Cody's cornerman to even presenting the AEW Championship title to the winner of the main event. In my opinion, if he does return, then it makes all the sense in the world for someone like him to present the title and then, attack the winner to set up an angle for when the TV program kicks off.
Double or Nothing ended with the arrival of Moxley, but this could potentially be much bigger!
