Brandi Rhodes and 20 other women will take part in the Casino Battle Royale on the pre-show where the winner will receive a match for the inaugural AEW Women's World Championship on AEW's weekly TV show.

Brandi is not the most experienced in-ring performer on the women's roster, and right now AEW needs to build stars, and many of them won't feel happy if the company's Chief Brand Officer wins the battle royale and becomes a contender for the Women's World title.

The promotion has a lot of talented female wrestlers and a lot of them will benefit from this opportunity. Brandi doesn't need the win, and she isn't ready yet. AEW even sent out a tweet on Twitter asking fans if Brandi Rhodes should be crowned the inaugural AEW Women's World Champion and most of the responses were negative.

If the promotion makes the mistake of booking her to win the battle royale, leading to her becoming the maiden champion, fans won't be happy and for a rising promotion like AEW, that won't be a good thing.

Well I liker her but NO. Its too soon. Gotta make it legit the first few years with a more capable talent ie Britt baker, Bea Priestley, Kylie Rae etc.
