#4 Madison Eagles
For quite some time now, Madison Eagles have been one of the best female wrestlers in the world, but for some reason, she's not yet been signed to WWE, ROH or Impact, if AEW is smart, they'll capitalise on others mistakes.
The Australian born wrestler has everything you'd like in a top star, and given how All Elite Wrestling wants to present a sports-like program, Eagles is the perfect candidate to lead this division going forward.
She was rated the No. 1 female performer in the world in 2011 by PWI (the first to ever be #1 without working for TNA or WWE), and despite being 35-years-old, she's still just as good as anyone in the world.
Eagles has a natural charisma that few in wrestling truly possess, and with all the talented females coming out of Australia right now, she could do them a great service by shining a spotlight on the country while working for AEW.
