Cash Wheeler and Hangman Page started the match off for their respective teams at AEW All Out. Wheeler offered Page a handshake but Page caught him in the face with a right hand. Harwood tried to get him off but Page unloaded on him as well. He got caught up in the heat of the moment and almost struck his own partner Kenny Omega.

Omega and Page looked in-sync early on in the match as they double-teamed Cash Wheeler. Harwood tagged in and took control of the match for his team, wearing down Hangman Page. With the referee distracted, Hangman Page rolled up Harwood, to add to his frustration. Omega tagged in and took on both Wheeler and Harwood. A plancha from Omega took out both Harwood and Wheeler.

Omega and Wheeler were the legal men. The champions continued to dominate the match. They isolated Wheeler and went for the cover only to get a 2-count.

Kenny Omega headed to the top rope but was tripped up by Dax Harwood. Harwood then tagged in and went for a superplex. Hangman Page blocked the move but Harwood recovered and hit the superplex. Wheeler followed it up with a Frog Splash but it only got a 2-count at AEW All Out.

FTR isolated Kenny Omega and worked on his knee. Harwood hit him with a Dragon Screw and locked in an inverted Figure-4-Leglock. Omega broke free and tagged in Hangman Page who took on both members of FTR. Page sent them both crashing out of the ring and then climbed to the top rope. Page then hit a Swanton out to ringside, taking out both members of FTR at AEW All Out.

FTR finally managed to isolated Page briefly but Omega put an end to it. Page followed it up with a suplex to Harwood from the top rope but it only got a nearfall.

Hangman Page went for the Last Call but both Harwood and Omega ducked. Omega then went for the V-Trigger and caught Omega by mistake. Harwood then hit Omega with a chopblock and rolled him out.

FTR hit Hangman with the assisted spike piledriver but he managed to kick out. Undeterred, FTR hit a second spike Piledriver, and pinned Hangman Page to win the AEW Tag Team Championships at AEW All Out.

Kenny Omega and Hangman Page's 228-day reign as AEW Tag Team Champions has come to an end at AEW All Out. Fans saw an emotional Kenny Omega walk out of the arena after the match and give The Young Bucks an ultimatum on his way out.
