I know that the world is buzzing about the fact that Santana and Ortiz will be teaming up with Chris Jericho to take on The Elite (The-The Elite) on the inaugural episode of AEW on TNT. But one may be overlooking one simple thing- a little more than a month from now, Chris Jericho takes on Cody Rhodes in what could be the biggest match in the history of AEW.

These are two men with a past in WWE and like it or not, that just makes you a star in the eyes of one and all. Until Dynamite kicks off and starts making stars in their own right from within the roster, Jericho and Cody will remain the two biggest stars in AEW.

So Cody and Sammy Guevara will square off this week, and many have claimed that this is a match that Cody is overlooking because his eyes are firmly set on the prize and Chris Jericho's title. What if Cody picks up an easy win, but Jericho shows up at the end of the match and lays him out, building heat for the feud to follow?

It'll be a great way to build anticipation for AEW Full Gear.
