The first few minutes of the much-hyped steak dinner between MJF and Chris Jericho on AEW Dynamite were really good, as both men decided to one-up each other in terms of their steak orders. But when a musical number broke out, with Chris Jericho and MJF singing and dancing, it went into the realm of the ridiculous. Chris Jericho is known to be goofy and silly a lot of times, but honestly, it probably did MJF no favors at all.

Yeah. At first I was uncomfortable. Instinctively, I cringed. But by the end, I appreciated it both on its own merits and for the role it’s going to play in the development of MJF and the growth of the AEW fanbase.
But then again, there were those on the internet and within the Sportskeeda team as well that really liked the segment on AEW Dynamite, so this review is the opinion of one person only.
Comedy is subjective, and this reviewer was a massive fan of everything that happened on WWE RAW with Otis dressing up as a luchador, because of how much it was in line with his character. What Chris Jericho and MJF did on AEW Dynamite was perhaps a tad too bizarre.
