As much as fans want to see the women of All Elite Wrestling get their due time on AEW Dynamite, the truth of the matter is that a majority of the roster just isn't ready for the big time. This was especially evident on this week's episode of AEW Dynamite during the handicap match between Big Swole against Penelope Ford, Dr. Britt Baker and Rebel/Reba. There are two extremes to the AEW women's division, with Hikaru Shida (and Riho) who's in a different league from the rest of the roster, and a whole bunch of talents who need a lot more mainstream TV experience, or a developmental system.

I'll Be Glad When This Big Swole Vs Britt Baker Angle Is Over This Handicap Match Is All Over The Place And Lackluster AF Damn Near Cringe Due To Rebel #AEWDynamite Thank God Big Swole Won
This is not to suggest or imply that these women lack talent or anything of the sort.
It will be a while before the women of AEW Dynamite are at a point where they don't bring the high quality of wrestling on the show down a notch. And this is a sentiment that is echoed by many on social media.
