#2 Worst: Unfortunately, The Dark Order is still a very weak AEW Dynamite component
I know that we are supposed to buy into the idea of the suspension of disbelief when we are watching AEW Dynamite, but with all due respect to Brodie Lee, he just isn't a very convincing cult leader. I haven't been convinced by his sales pitch to Colt Cabana before Mr. Boom Boom joined his fold and his whole message to Hangman Page too was very contrived in my personal opinion, at least. Brodie Lee was a fantastic Luke Harper, but he needed a Bray Wyatt to make the whole cult gimmick work in his former place of employment, in my opinion.
The Dark Order just needs someone super charismatic at the helm to really make any sort of impression on AEW Dynamite.
Someone like Matt Hardy immediately comes to mind as someone who would essentially be perfect for such a role. It would be a lot more interesting than anything he has done since he first made his presence felt on AEW Dynamite.
