#3. Someone definitely forgot their spot
After coming up short in her quest to become the first-ever AEW Women's Champion back at All Out in August, Hikaru Shida returned to action this week against Shanna. Shida was looking to put herself back into the driving seat in her quest to become the next number one contender to Riho's Championship.
Shida put on a fantastic showing and proved that she's one of the better women in a below-par Women's Division in All Elite. Shanna was also able to prove that she could be a decent prospect when it comes to looking for Riho's next challenger, but there were once again a few mistakes in the match.

One of the most obvious mistakes came mid-match when Shida put Shanna in a front face lock and then waited for her to reverse it into a small package. Shida was waiting for a long time and was obviously trying to call the spot to Shanna, who took a while to finally deliver the move.
This pin led to just another near fall for Shanna who later lost the match to Shida, but the Portuguese star was able to show what she's all about in her AEW debut.
