As some wrestling fans would know, Britt Baker was in the audience at NXT TakeOver: WarGames and was caught on camera with a concerned expression after Adam Cole was put through a table. The commentators even mentioned that she was Cole's girlfriend.
Triple H later said that the entire episode was an accident, and that he had spoken with Baker to clarify the matter.
But AEW execs didn't buy the explanation and they decided to respond at AEW Dynamite. As Nyla Rose powerbombed AEW referee Rick Knox through the table, the camera panned to a concerned Baker in the audience. AEW commentator Excalibur even echoed the NXT commentators by saying that she was Adam Cole's girlfriend.

It was a clear shot at WWE for their accidental on-screen moment. While AEW has been insisting that this is not a war, it's quite clear that they are going to take shots whenever they can.
In an interview with Fightful, Triple H was quite clear that the whole Britt Baker on-camera moment was a total accident. He said,
"I swear this, the director that took the shot didn't know who it was, he just went to the woman in the crowd who had the most concerned crazy look on her face and he took the shot, somebody next to him told him I'm sure told him and he got off the shot. I don't have a problem with it in any way, shape or form and then to not address it, then it's the elephant in the room that you don't address."
Whatever the case may be, it looks like the firing of shots is going to continue in the weeks to come.
