Darby Allin wasted no time and hit Hobbs with a dropkick before the bell rang on AEW Dynamite. Allin followed it up with a suicide dive out to ringside. Hobbs showed off his power briefly by tossing Allin around the ring.

It was an impressive showing from Hobbs who continued to use his power to dominate the match and even got a couple of pin attempts in. Allin hit back with a modified Stunner and then headed to the top rope and landed a Coffin Drop for the win.

Ricky Starks then interrupted Darby Allin's victory celebrations. Starks came out dressed like Allin, in the facepaint and with a skateboard, and mocked him. While this was going on, Brian Cage blindsided Allin in the middle of the ring and took him out with a shot of the FTW World Championship belt.

Starks then joined Cage in the ring and called Darby Allin out for being a loser. It's clear that we will see these two face each other again in the future. Ricky Starks looked great in this segment.
