AEW Dynamite Results: Former WWE star confronts Chris Jericho, Brodie Lee throws shade at Vince McMahon?

Kenny Omega put the AAA Mega Championship on the line against Sammy Guevara. Guevara looked in fantastic form as the match began, taking control of the match in the early stages multiple times.

The actioned spilled out to ringside early. Omega tried to whip Guevara into the barricade but the Spanish God leapfrogged it and sat down on a chair. As Omega came to approach him, he hit him with an elbow.

The action was soon back in the ring and Guevara was still in control. He catapulted Omega throat-first into the bottom rope.

Omega was back in control after this, hitting a snap suplex at ringside followed by a crossbody from the top rope. Guevara tried to lock in an armbar after this but Omega's foot was on the bottom rope.

Guevara tried to isolate Omega's arm and hit it with a moonsault but ended up eating the mat.

Both men kept going back and forth and didn't relent, hitting each other with everything they had.

Omega took control of the match with a nasty boot followed by a double axe-handle. Omega followed it up with a V-Trigger and a snap suplex but Guevara landed on his feet and hit a modified Burning Hammer.

Omega replied with another V-Trigger and then the One Winged Angel to pick up the win.
